Can somebody daddies me about my finger please?

A door blew shut and caught the tip of my middle finger on Monday. There's obviously no damage to the bone or anything, and I have sensation in my finger tip. There is a split three quarters of the way round my finger at the level of the top of my nail, which is starting to heal. But my finger tip still looks squashed out of shape- it's as if there's a dent round it where th door caught it. Will it get better by itself? Or is it going to be like that for ever? Should I get it looked at tomorrow? I'm not sure what could be done about it anyway, now I think about it, but it does look odd.....
