Teething & Crawling makes Reflux worse - TRUE or FALSE?

DD is 7.5 mnths and I have noticed that she has been spitting up and fussy more than normal over the last 2wks. She is still taking ranitidine but is on the max dosage so we can't up it.

She is even spitting up her solids which I was told should improve the reflux. Never had this with ds, he was over the reflux by the time he started crawling (same age as dd).

She started crawling 1wk ago and is also pulling herself up on everything. Also, she has been teething for ages. She doesn't drool when teething, she's just chews everything.

Have hear some mother's say that their los reflux got worse during teething or crawling. Just wanted some other opinions.

Thanks

dd's got worse before it got better when she beame mobile and started solids. Memorable multi coloured vomiting incidents ! Whatever you do delay lumpier foods as long as possible as they made things even worse.

Vastly improved once cruising and walking , which fortunately she did pretty early ! Not sure about teething specifically but dd was a chewer and thumb sucker - she gnawed into her thumb and it became infected when she was almost one.
