I still have one from 8 years ago should I be worried and will it ever go?

I never had a problem with them before I was pregnant but I am prone to them now and again.

Do they cause you problems - if so might be worth seeing your gp or getting some over the counter stuff. Anusol suppositories are really good, as is the ointment.

Sympathies for anyone who is a sufferer.

I had them before I gave birth and they come and go depending on how dehydrated I am.

I got them from lifting a very heavy trunk.

Mine went after about 2 months, but only after being bombarded by the truly wonderful Preparation H. It occasionally rears it's grapey little head if I'm run down, maybe once per year.

Oh moondog, you're not the only one - it is legend in my family, legend I tell you!!!

It has to go down as the funniest yet most embarrassing thing that has ever happened in my life ever!

Oh god. This is depressing. Mine are AWFUL and SOOOOO painful can hardly walk straight.

Have heard you can have them operated on.

The cream doesn't seem to make a scrap of difference except feel really gunky and minging on hands yeughhhhh.

Childbearing is so graceless.
