Rash but no other symptoms

I am covered in spots. My arms, legs, neck and shoulders especially. They are red, raised and itchy. I have no other symptoms...no fever, headache etc. So, what on earth is going on?

i had that once. Never did find out why. Viral rash? Chicken pox rash does not always itch.
