Anusol suppositories are really good once you get used to them. (I may have spelt it wrong.) I would try to push them back up; they become sorer when exposed.

Felt a bit of a draggy sensation around my botty in the shower this am, been ok rest of the day - had a bath tonight and feel a bit stingy when sat in some positions so had a root about and on the edge of my anus it feels a bit bulgy - not massively, in mirror looks a bit purply. Really quite stingy now, i have tmj (jaw disorder) and for last few months prob havent been eating as much fruit as i used to so suspect im probs having to strain more. How can i tame them down and do i push them back in or leave them hang naturally. Soryy this is all tmi . I have a smear booked in for next tue and was going to ask the nurse to check em out while in the morifying moment or should i go to my gp before? They feel quite throbby now but manageable probs coz i can stop thnking about it now. Anyone care to advise? blush
