Dribble Rash Remedies?

Hi - my DS is nearly 4 months old and suffering with Dribble Rash on his chin and aroung his mouth. He is looking a bit of a state at the moment - despite his gorgeousness!

Am constantly wiping his mouth (which probably doesn't help). Any tips on ways to treat and prevent it?

Am using Earth Friend Baby Calendula cream which works as barrier. Prefer to use natural products on his skin but open to suggestions.

Aveeno cream or Kamillosan

Vaseline his affected areas before he goes to sleep. That will take the redness and soreness away.
