dd2 is 4, she started with a horrible cough on Tuesday night, was sick a few times... since then has eaten nothing. She is drinking quite a bit of water, as much as I can make her. Took her to the docs on Thurs... he said no infection, no antibiotics... just ride it through.
She doesn't seem to be getting any better... has just been sleeping most of the day, and complaining of feeling sick and tummy ache all the time.
DH is just putting her to bed now... I am quite worried about her - should I be??

I think I would be too if you are not seeing a noticeable improvement. What did the doctor look for? Did he check her ears/throat etc?
Could she have a urine infection do you think?
Personally, I would go back to the GP or if you are really worried, to A & E, particularly as it's the weekend now.
I've taken dd a few times and they have always been great. They don't mind you going in, and it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Hope she starts to improve soon

No food, and off-colour since Tuesday could well be something viral. I'd expect her to improve in the next day or two, if she didn't, I'd be hassling docs again.

Obviously, I'd go sooner if she was worrisomely thin, really really hot, or similar ...
