Can someone help me with MSN messenger??

I have a contact on my list who I assumed had blocked me (falling out ) and I have not seen them online for months, presumably because I was blocked. If I have now just seen this person sign in, does it mean that they have actually unblocked me iywsim?? Or is it just their MSN doing something funny?

I guess they either unblocked you or they just haven't been using messenger at times you are online.
