i'd like to upload a video from my phone - can anyone tell me how please?

It is a k800i (sony ericsson)

I have tried doing the file transfer thing but a box comes up saying what do you want to do? And I am not sure what to tick. Some of the options (picasa, media player etc) just seem to upload the pics and not the short vids i have taken (two of them)

how access these pleas?
