Ipod Nano 2nd Generation Help Please!

I have an Ipod Nano (2nd Gen) and when my computer had a virus and had to be wiped, I lost all recognition of it on the system.

I have since reinstalled i tunes and have a load of music I want to put on it, but I can't remember how to install the ipod back onto the pc, nor do I have a key or anything .

Any ideas?
