Can anyone recommend any parental control software?

I just found Doug's profile open on my internet, aged 61 with lots of lovely photos of teddy bears that my 7 yr old was looking at. I suddenly realised I need parental control software.

Any recommendations?

I think (??) there's a lot in the Mumsnet product reviews on this one, Net Nanny seemd best of the lot, iirc.
