If you mean www.freeparking.co.uk it seems that you can, but only a very tiny site. You should probably look around for a proper hosting deal. I'd recommend mine, but you might want to pick a place to start with that helps you create your site from options and menus. I'm sure someone will be able to suggest the best place.

It seems that freeparking is only really intended so that you can do a "coming soon" page not for a proper website

DH registered first with open hosting but our site is actually with open-hosting.
Apparently the reason DH registered with free parking was so that his name wasn't on public record - I'm not sure if this is still the case.

(I asked him why he didn't want his name visible & he said 'paranoia', but given that one of the 5 sites we have is a Captain Scarlet fan site, I think 'shame' might be nearer the mark....)

If you have purchased a domain via Freeparking, then you can have a couple of webpages, but I think it's quite limited in what you can edit. WizzSite is their example - which appears to let you have 3 pages plus a form. I've not used that facility... I've used Freeparking to register a domain and then I redirect the domain via DNS to a webhost (such as 34sp.com) who I often use, UK based, reasonable prices.

You may find the Wizzsite will do what you initially want, but it won't look professional.
You may want to have a chat with web designers with regard to getting a website started. You may find a mumsnetter who will do you a design plus the coding. For example, my current website layout was designed by a mumsnetter, but coded by myself (mostly in HTML/CSS).

If you plan to do it yourself, I'd suggest that your learn HTML and CSS. Then you may also want to look at PHP and MySql, depending on what you want your site to do.
