I'm not sure - apparently there are about 7 different sagem chargers!!! (so the nice man in the phone shop in town told me when I left the original in Edinburgh and was trying to get hold of the one I've just broken.......)

ebay buy it now for £5.98 inc p&p.

(It is the only one on ebay atm so yes, they are rare )(there are car chargers for less but I'm guessing that wouldn't be much use?)

(I had to get a new one for my Samsung phone off ebay because a rat chewed the old one )
