Samsung - uploading photos to computer from memory card

I have the Android software and have successfully uploaded photos direct from my phone with USB cable connected but have tried again today with no success. The phone is recognised and I can access data on the phone but when I switch to memory card a message comes up saying unlocked your device as not recognised. Not sure if the problem is with the memory card or the phone settings? Any help, greatly appreciated.

Not got a clue. i use drop box instead so i don't have to think about it!

I transferred from the memory card straight to pc, taking it out of the phone.
