Run out of data on EE Pay As You Go - with 8 days left on plan

Recently I bought an in-car wifi from EE, which I use at home as a mobile broadband. I am on Pay As You Go, and topped it up £15 for 30 days. Today it said that all the data had been used up, so I topped it up again so I could send some emails. Problem is, the payment has gone through, but it wont let me start using it till another week :(
So obviously I am still on my first top up which has run out of data..is there anything I can do to cancel that and go use my new top up straightaway?

That doesn't sound right. It's £15 worth of data that lasts 30 days, you aren't limited to £15. I've always added more data mid-month.

I'd call them, because some of their packages only allow you to add data within the same time, so you might find your new data "expires" with the old package in 8 days, if you haven't used it.

It sounds like a glitch.

Doesn't it start from the 1st of each month with EE, I know with my DD her allowances always start on 1st of each month regardless of when she tops up.

Is there a additional bundle buy option?

Yes it just says I can't start using it till the 3rd of October. I will look at the add-on page again but I'm hesitant to fork out more money if it doesn't work
