When all else fails I turn the power off and on again!

Try contacting apple store?

Try restarting or a soft reset your home router/ modem, (if you use wifi) and clear your cookies and data on your iPad. Also, check your security settings on your home network.

If that doesn't help then you will have to ask someone who knows what they are talking about ie not me

Good luck.

Oh, sneezecakesmum is right, the first thing to do is turn it off and turn it on again. Make sure you properly power off though.

You can also soft reset your iPad ( you won't loose any info or settings) by holing the home and hold button at the same time for a minute or so.

Also, you can double check if there are any updates and make sure they are downloaded.
