I have had my hyacinth bulb in the fridge since xmas, can i take it out?

There are quite long roots, its in one of those glass vases

I foolishly through the packet away

I have one for which I also threw away the packaging.

It was in the cupboard under our sink but has 3 inch roots and a long shoot so we've taken it out and put it on a shelf. It seems to be thriving.

Oooh. I've never put one in the fridge. Can you put it somewhere less cold - cupboard under the stairs? It should come out into the light once it has a couple of inches of top growth.

i didnt really have anywhere cool and it suggested fridge on packaging, dh thinks its funny and keeps teasing me about it
