cyclamen seeds

Have collected seeds, washed and soaked overnight as instructed on bbc website but now don't know how to sow,
singly in individual pots?
two three in small pots?
spread lots over large container and prick out in spring?
Also do I keep them outside over winter or indoors on windowsill? They are outdoor cyclamen originally. Advice please
