my lettice is growing...........

Hi. this is the first year I have done lettice, rocket and some herbs. I planted them from seed a few weeks back in the greenhouse. The lettice is getting quite big now, probably about a inch or 2 high, the rocket and herbs are not as big. Do I need to split up the lettice and re pot it in something else? Thanks
