Noodles.
1)cut tofu in cubes and sprinkle with soy, set aside.
2) fry 1 clove garlic crushed + 1 piece fresh ginger cut in strips + 1 onion cut in chunks + greens 5 minutes, add beansprouts + soy sauce to taste and cook another 2 minutes and remove from pan
3) soften noodle according to instructions and dry fry 1 minute. Remove from pan, mix with veg.
4) dry fry tofu and mix all ingridients. sprinkle chopped coriander

Pasta with cheesy sauce:
Melt large knob of butter, then add crumbled gorgonzola or other cheese into it. (a good wedge of it!!)
Add a small tub of cream, maybe could use sour cream, mix it all up.
Add fresh sage.
Serve over fresh cooked pasta.

Never tried it myself but a friend swears it's lovely!!

Gently heat up a tub of mascarpone cheese in a pan. makes a really yummy, simple cheese sauce for pasta.

Fried spagetti/pasta

Cook pasta until al dente. Finely chop 1 or 2 cloves of garlic and fry gently in a little oil until soft. Add the pasta and stir around. Add 1 or 2 eggs lightly whisked with a fork. Stir so that pasta is coated in egg, add a little soy sauce. Ready when egg is no longer runny. Serve with stir-fried green veg and a little more soy sauce over the top.

I'm glad you enjoyed it giraffeski , I'm thinking of writing a cookbook called "I can't be *rsed: recipes for the terminally lazy and disorganised cook". It will contain everything I know about loving good food while still doing the minimum amount of work when it's my turn to cook.
