reheating pork meatballs

I'm having a drinks party next week and have made some canapes, including some mini pork meatballs, which I've cooked ahead and frozen. I was planning to defrost them on the afternoon of the party, and then serve them at room temperature without reheating. But I'm now thinking they might be nicer hot. However, I'm worried that if I don't reheat them for long enough they might give everyone food poisoning, but if I reheat them too long then they will dry out.

I used this recipe: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1735/asian-pork-meatballs
and made the meatballs about the size of a cherry tomato. Would you think 10 minutes at 180C would be ok?

Pop them in for their 10 mins, then test none by cutting it in half. It should be properly hot (like burn your lip hot) in the very middle. If it isn't, give them a few more mins.
