Slow cooker recipes - please inspire me

My new baby is due the same week DS starts nursery school 5 mornings a week. Im hoping to try and make the most of my slow cooker and get tea cooking/prepared whilst DS is at nursery and I only have a baby to contend with not a baby and a tired 3 year old.

My current slow cooker knowledge expands to: chilli, braising steak, stew, and sausage casserole.

Please inspire me with your favourite recipes. They don't have to be one pot dishes as I'm happy to boil rice/pasta/potatoes separately if just like the majority of the tea cooked and sorted!

Thanks

curry is very easy, using patak's paste. baked beans/onions/dash white wine/meat/herbs/tom sauce is also good.

I make a fab Moroccan chicken in the slow cooker.

Chicken, chickpeas, tin toms, whatever veg, garlic and Moroccan seasoning. (mint, cumin, ect I can't remember right now but Google Moroccan seasoning it'll tell you). You'll need a couple of stock cubes as well plus loads of salt and pepper as slow cookers seem to cook out the taste.

I also layer the bottom of the sc with potatos cubed or wedged so it's an all in one meal.

Dhal

Soups - misetrone, lentil and tomato, ribollata, ham and pea, spicy gumbo, country veg, chicken soup, broccoli and mushroom, etc etc

Chilli, lime and coriander chicken thighs

Chorizo and pork belly stew.

A whole chicken stuffed with herbs and rubbed with tarragon butter. Or with chorizo slices pushed under the skin. Or stuffed with a whole head of garlic and lemon. ( but the skin is sacrificed in slow cooking. )

Chickpea and squash tagine.

Hot pots- lamb or beef. I brown the top under the grill at the end.

Not a family meal but- mulled wine.
