What's on the BBQ?

I suspect many of us are having a BBQ today because the weather is so nice.

What are you planning?
Main event sides etc. Being unashamedly nosey.

I'll start.

Chicken thighs marinaded in herbs/ lemon and honey ( Cooked in the oven first as I don't trust OH)
Tesco pork and apple sausages
venison burgers
Sea bass ( requested by DD)
Neck fillet of lamb ( for OH carnivore who likes it well charred)

Salad, bread buns, taboulleh, potato and sweet potato wedges, chutneys, dips etc.

A bit late but we had:

Chilli and lime chicken and veg skewers

Honey and soy marinated chicken thighs

Pork, bacon and apricot burgers( faff to make but so worth it!) in bbq ciabatta buns.
