If I make double the amount how long should I cook this for?

I made this lovely frittata the other day - the only problem was that it wasn't big enough. If I double the amount how long should I cook it for? Thanks.

That all depends on what you're cooking it in. If its a bigger dish and the frittata will be about the same depth then only add a couple of minutes. If you're using the same dish and it'll be a lot thicker then add 10 minutes and work from there
