Apart from lemon and lime curd, what else can I make with that amount of citrus?

TIA

Me too. Am thinking about making Nigellla's Lemon and Lime Cake.

Slice them up and freeze (laid out flat in plastic bags or on being trays until hard) ready made for chilled g&t or Coke/lemonade etc

Good ideas re ice cubes. It'll be a while before we can benefit from them. :)

Like the limeade and lemonade idea. Is there a recipe for cordial perhaps?

My really old Cranks cookbook has cordial recipes but just had a quick check and google came up with this

Freeze the juice in ice cube trays for your gin. Add blueberries to the lime juice if you have them.

Lemon/lime curd, stores for ages in fridge and is delicious!

Experiment, which gin goes best with lemon, which with lime

6 limes = 6 mojitos :-)

Limoncello or the lime equivalent, then use the juice to make lemon and lime curd, then use that for a lemon meringue pie.
Or for cocktails

Jamie's baked salmon - marinade is limes, chillies and garlic wizzed up.

I too would make a lemon and lime meringue.
Or cut them, freeze, and then use when you have decided.
