How long does stewed apple keep in the fridge?

I stewed a big batch of apples, froze them in what I thought were reasonable portions, and I defrosted one about 4 days ago, and used some of it. I've just discovered there's still some of it lurking in the fridge - is it safe to eat?

Yup. I usually keep mine around a week, it's always OK.
