I love my Nutribullet and am trying to make the lowest-calorie smoothies I can that will still fill me up and taste good Smile

I'm sorry, call me old fashioned, but I think if you want food to fill you up, having to chew it is part of the process.

Sliced frozen banana and milk. Simple but oh so good!

Oats are good for thickening, and provide long lasting energy.
Bananas ditto.
Dates are a good way of sweetening and adding fibre

Tofu is a great way of thickening smoothies and giving them a creamy texture, and the protein helps keep you full. I add it to milk and banana for a breakfast smoothie.

dunno how calorie-low this is but it's my fav thing in the morning:
dates presoaked in hot fresh coffee then cooled in the fridge
frozen banana
almond milk
almond butter
oats
