Leftover fish

I bought a rainbow trout fillet yesterday but wasn't paying attention to which one the fishmonger lifted out for me and it's huge! No-one else at home to share it with and its in one of those special oven bags so can't cut it up and freeze. It will easily do me for two, maybe 3 meals.

Was hoping for a nice recipe or two that I could use the leftovers in and have for lunch or dinner tomorrow. Any ideas?

Use the leftovers for fishcakes or mash up with mayo for sandwiches.

Not a huge fan of fish/ mayo though.
