Inspiration please - cheap healthy lunches

Lunch is often a sandwich & salad, fruit or yogurt or salad and fruit, sometimes something on toast with orange juice. Can anyone give me some fresh inspiration please - must be cheap though as money is tight.

Omelette, quiche or frittata is tasty, filling and cheap. Nice with salad on a hot day.

Wraps or bagels as a sandwich alternative.

Noodles with veg and chicken/beef

Jacket spuds with tuna mayo/chilli/beans etc.
