Best before date today. Ok to cook today and eat tomorrow?

Don't want to give anyone good poisoning! Making a lamb curry today with lamb bb date today but wasn't planning in eating it until tomorrow. Will it be ok or should I just have it tonight instead?

It should be fine if you cook it today then either freeze or refrigerate it.
