How can I add fish to purees?

I've bought some cod fillets but am unsure how to add it to pureed veg? Do I just cook it as normal, then flake it and mix with sweet potato/carrot/whatever....?

I used to cook them in milk and mush up so I dont see why not.

ds is nearly 6 months - if I mix the fish with some pureed veg is it safe to freeze? And how do I safely re-heat without poisoning ds (see my other thread re purees with chicken!)?

I would make sure it was pretty well mashed for a 6 month old - should be fine to freeze and as long as you heat it until piping hot and allow to cool should be fine. I am no expert though but my kids are fine!
