I remember mum having them when I was a kid and she would sit with a pin eating it .
Just bought some today and wondering what to do with them.
TIA

was trying to decide on a halloween menu today, as you do

contemplating Nigella's Jewel cake-pomegranate seed topping, looks beautiful...

I think cut in half then scoop the red bits out into a bowl and eat with spoon. My dad loves them and does the thing with the pin!!

Open with care, as the juice stains everything! Once open you can bang the outside of it to make the edible pip-type bits fall out. And coax the rest out gently.

Nice in mixed salads. Or eat as your mum used to.

They're pretty weird aren't they!

Cut them in half and carefully scope out flesh into a bowl. Serve with natural greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

Bounce it, unopened, gently but firmly from hand to hand for a good long time (share this with a friend) until it sounds like a bag of liquid (all the seeds will have burst). Hold it over a glass, cut a little hole, drain out juice and drink.

I was introduced to this by some Iranian friends years and years ago - if you've got the patience, it's worth it!

Clever thing about the juicy Bink - can't do that one though as Slimming World would not allow
