Could anyone give me a simple fail safe recipe for Butternut squash, and spinach risotto

I love risotto, but never seem to get them right. They're either too dry or too watery.
I have lots of spinach, butternut squash, risotto rice fresh sage and Rosemary. Also white wine and some vegetable stock cubes.
Anyone got a really simple recipe that I can't cock up
