Help! Recipe ideas for starters please

Anyone got any easy-peasy recipes for a cold starter that can be completely prepared ahead of a meal?

Mini chicken Caesar salad.

Mix hellmans may with a bit of garlic and fresh grated Parmesan.

Stir in cooked chopped/sliced chicken.

Pile into baby gem lettuce leaves.

Arrange on plate(s), cover, put in fridge.

Just before serving top with a crouton or a bit of olive.

Super easy, very yum.

mmm...that sounds really good! Only problem is I'm having chicken as a main so don't really want it in a starter as well. Will def try that another time though
