If so, any chance you could give the ingredient list for the cheese and spinach muffins and the carrot muffins?

My friend has my copy, she's on holiday and my muffin stores have run out!!

Mine is in storage, hopefully back out again tomorrow evening (new book shelves being built tomorrow!) but if you have a google both versions seem to come up quite easily.... if you've not found it by tomorrow, I'll see what I can do...!
