Weetabix for dinner!?

DD 3.5y has asked for weetabix for dinner
I have said yes
There is a beef casserole simmering but she is looking like bed time is very close.

Won't slate you at all. dd occasionaly had breakfast for dinner when she was younger and too tired to eat.

How does she last till 6pm for dinner? Mine are starving by 5!

my grandad used to give me weetabix buttered with golden syrup on it. Only for breakfast though...

Weetabix + milk = same ingredients and nutrients as pasta and cheese / cheese sandwich

Porridge might have been marginally better. It all sounds fine to me.

I think it's fine, if that's what she wants and it's nutritious. Sometimes we should just let them have what they want.

She slept til 4.15 pm from being asleep from 12.30
she is sleeping loads at the mo, think she is growing

She was in bed for 7 and is fast asleep

porridge F+Z yes but that was her breakfast

completely fine - I do it either when he is getting tired or I can't be bothered thinking of anything else. So the month either side of me having ds2, ds1 had ALOT of weetabix for tea

I used to give DS Weetabix for tea when he was in the "not eating bloody anything" stage, having tipped a lovingly prepared meal in the bin. Thank god he's grown out of it.

I have weetabix for tea lots of times. I also have it post 10pm if my previous tea seemed to have not been enough.

my 17 mth old dd had weetabix for tea. she's poorly and at least she's eating something. i couldn't give a rats arse if anyone thinks it's bad
