Not morrocan, but Ottolenghi's Jerusalem is good, as is Claudia Roden's book of middle eastern food.
Having said that the latter has no photos, so if that matters go for something else.

thanks for posting. Quite fancy Jerusalem for myself but needs to be moroccan for the gift. Had a brainwave & remembered Moro restaurant in London & bought one of their cookbooks
