Has anyone got a herb mill/chopper?

You prob think I'm dead lazy but I am after a little herb mill. I bought one from Argos yesterday but it was rubbish, the herbs just wizzed round and didn't get chopped at all, it was better on chillies & garlic but not leaf herbs.

Any ideas????
