garlic mash!

What else do I need to do? I have plenty of garlic. Many thanks.

I wrap the garlic in foil, roast for half an hour, then squeeze it into the mashed potato ... yummmmeeeeee ...

Chop the garlic and fry gently until soft and some dried mixed herbs and Bob's your uncle.

i jsut mix grated garlic and olive oil and herbs into it. We're having that tonight, with toad in the hole.

quick fry some butter and olive oil with two squashed cloves of garlic, then take the garlic out and stir the buttery oil into the mash with lots of salt...yum

(its not overpoweringly garlicky that way just a lovely garlicky aroma and lots of buttery oil Grin)
