Just want to say ciao. Where are you from? We lived in Rome for 2 years and loved it, apart from the traffic that is!
I used to cook Yorkshire pudding for my Italian friends and they loved it.

Beef wellington is fillet of beef covered in mustard, wrapped in mushrooms and parma ham and then puff pastry - is DPs dish that he cooked when people come for dinner. Very yummy but quite expensive!!!

What about toad in the hole - sausgaes and onion cooked inthe oven with yorkshire pudding around them!!

Had a lovely pasta thing with courgettes and bacon in Rome recently but cant remember what it was called - tried to make it but failed - any ideas - was quite sweet and courgettes were sliced mega thinly????
