I can do a variety of pastas, including a rather delightful spinach lasagne i pinched off that karmel woman. I do a good shepherds pie, a good roast, ... and plenty of average ones.

I was given a recipe book for christmas (what you write the good ones in) and have pitifully few.

What are peoples AMAZING recipes (can be for more junky treats too!) especially stuff like minestrone soup, toad in the hole... eg stuff I don't know how to make perfectly yet!
