I hate seafood but I love watching Rick Steins seafood progs.

Me too! Can't bear the little legs and veins... uuugh... and the way you put everything in with its mucky shell on - but he makes it look nice. Mind you I'll watch anything.

Can't do with the gutting and all that but some of the stuff he does just looks gorgeous.

Mm, tell me about it. I hate seafood, but I had the opportunity to go to his restaurant a couple of years ago

(sister decided to drag everyone halfway across the country to get married in cornwall, but treated us all to a pre-wedding supper)

WOW, it was gorgeous. My DH was in 7th heaven, cos he loves seafood, but I refuse to cook it
