Just bumping for you. I got my dd (5) to eat cabbage, carrots, potatoes, swede and mincedbeef pie by letting heradda little bit of cheese to each forkful today. Not great I know but itsthe first plate of vegetables shes eaten for about18 months. Dont know if itwill work tommorrow though!

What do they eat at the moment? Any favourites that can be accompanied by healthier things?

let them help you cook.
wash veg, help you cut up the veg, put it in the saucepan..
it's amazing what children will eat if they have helped cook it themselves!

cut out ALL crap. cut out snacking between meals... if they aren't hungry they will just refuse to eat it, but if they've had nothing much since breakfast they will be more inclined to eat their lunch!

give them stuff you know they will eat, but add a small serving of something on the side (broccoli, carrot etc... anything they don't normally eat)... they HAVE to have one mouthful... that's all. that way they're trying new things but also having a meal you know they will ea=t
