Excellent apart from the appallingly wooden performance from Natalie Portman. Ds and I loved it.

Oh my God! I wish Thor and Sif had had the romance if there had to be one. Natalie Portman was terrible in it. And Tom Hiddleston as Loki stole the show again Smile

When I get the DVD, if I do, I will be ff-ing Natalie and rewinding all of Loki's scenes. Oh, and I loved the surprise cameo when Loki was changing into different people!

Wasn't Frigga's fight fab? I loved that bit. And LOVED Heimdall. I do think it was exceptionally good.

It was. And I found the funeral scene very sad - I'm such a softie for things like that. I had to bite my tongue so I didn't embarrass DS!

I didn't realise Heimdall was Idris Elba until the scene where he took his helmet off. And I had such a crush on him in Luther too Grin

Oh, and I didn't know Christopher Eccleston was the baddie until the end credits! That felt like a bit of a waste.

I cried at intervals throughout Blush especially at the funeral and The Other Bit, that I won't say because of spoilers.

My ds has autism and he needed the toilet half way through, he's usually too nervous to go alone so I got up with him and he said sternly "NO! Stay here so you can tell me what happens!" Grin So I think he enjoyed it too.

Oh and yes the cameo was brilliant that made us both very happy. We are a bit superhero geeky in this family.

Oh and That Bit, I knew, did you?

No I didn't! I guessed something was up when that guard was smirking at Odin - but I'm pleased. I want that character to stick around!

And my DS has autism too! I basically blackmailed him into coming with me, because if I don't, he never tries anything outside of his comfort zone. But he loved it. Now I have to take him to see the new Captain America film when it's out!

Smile Oh our lovely boys with autism. I must admit ds is a great cinema companion, he likes all the movies I do.

We saw the trailer for the next Hobbit movie as well. Legolas is back!

Mine is only truly contented in his bedroom on his XBox, anything else is done on sufferance. He seemed interested in the LOTR trailer too, hopefully the cinema might start to stick as an occasional afternoon out.

I found some of the trailers a bit much - more than two had dragon-type creatures flying mouth first at the screen, I hate that! (Partly why I avoided a 3D screening of Thor 2!)

I guessed at 'That Bit', because, well they just couldn't could they. Loved the Thor/Loki interaction and the cameo was a surprise. really need to go and see it again now.
