Fasting / 5:2 diet

Has anyone heard of Fat Diminisher? Is it worth buying at all?

I've recently seen one of those weight loss books on Facebook called Fat Diminisher I was just wondering if anyones had any luck with this? Since I gave birth to my son 2 years ago i've struggled with getting back into shape to much yo-yo dieting, I even gave the 5:2 diet a go for a bit but i couldn't manage to do the fasting days (if anyones got any advice on how to manage those days that would be great). its only $37 which isnt much but i dont want to go wasting my money on something which doesn't work, i've had a look at the fat diminisher Facebook page and it has a few reviews but i dont know whether they're fake or not. has any one had any experience with it please?

It sounds like complete nonsense.

Hi britmum

Agree - I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole!

I even gave the 5:2 diet a go for a bit but i couldn't manage to do the fasting days (if anyones got any advice on how to manage those days that would be great).

The very best advice I can give you on this is to come over and join us on the main 5:2 thread. That's what it exists for - to give posters advice on this WOL. That and support - it's probably the friendliest thread on Mumsnet, and one of the most supportive.

Look at it this way - you'll gain a host of online friends and save yourself $37 in the process! Smile
