Really interested in the 5:2 diet. I had a go a few years ago and loved the freedom it gave me.
Tried again a month ago and done nothing but failed I can easily go from 10pm to 7pm next day without eating, I'm busy and can easily distract myself from hunger. But once 7pm comes and I settle the kids I need a glass of wine. We don't eat then till about 9pm and it's generally a healthy meal.
I've got some right old shit going on at the moment, recently been put on AD and been sent for conselling but I do think my weight is a big factor in me feeling crap.
Do you think if I did this 5 days of the week then kept my weekends "free" I would reap some benefits from fasting / calorie deficit?
