I was doing so well, I could see I had lost weight and I've somehow failed my last 3 fasting days.

Please can someone give me a stern talking to so I sort myself out for today!

Now listen up Ozzia.
You have aims and goals and you are the only one who can achieve them. Failing your last three(!) fast days is unacceptable and you need to draw a line in the sand and get back on the horse(insert other cliches as required).
Frankly you are a disgrace to the 5:2 fellowship and you need to redeem yourself immediately.
Onwards and inwards is the only way.

Will that do?

Ozzia Accept this has happened. Now move on and get back in the swing.
You CAN do this.
You SHALL reach your goal body

Ok, some suggestions:
. Plan each week in advance - choose which days will be your FDs
. Best to choose FDs when you are busy, but not preparing food for others.
. Before each FD, plan and calorie count the meal(s) for the entire day, then stick to the plan
. If things go wrong, don't give up. A 700 or 800 cal mini-FD is still a big calorie deficit

I blame DP, I would be doing well all day then he would get me excited about going out for dinner (must develop will power!)

Thanks BigChoc, just need to keep it up

Sakura you CAN do it! It will be worth it in the long run, thats what I keep telling myself anyway

Come on Sakura
You too, Ozzia Explain carefully to your DP that this is important to you and that you need his support.
You can do it, but you have to actually do it.

if you return to your old lifestyle, you return to your old weight
