Anyone else found that they feel very full after much smaller meals on NFD's? I never ate massive meals but have noticed a big difference - not sure if I am much more aware of how full I am or my stomach has shrunk with the fasting??

Some folk do say their capacity shrinks, madaunt and it is very positive.
The body is indicating what it actually needs, rather than how much one used to stuff in.
Even those of us who continue to enjoy large portions have noticed that we gradually made healthier choices and cut junk a lot, which helped control calories.

It's great, I think it makes us much more in tune with our bodies. I am just surprised at how it is working for me!

I have noticed the same. Yesterday I had a meal out for the first time in weeks - a veggie burger and chips with a pint of cider. I really struggled to finish the burger and left half of the chips. That would have been unheard of in the past. It was an excellent reminder that I really don't want to eat the kind of carby fatty junk food I loved before.
