Everyone at work was doing 5:2 whilst I was pregnant so I know a lot about it and think it would work really well for me and am keen to give it a go when I can. Baby is only 3.5w and I'm losing lots of weight naturally from breastfeeding so I'm not talking about right now but would doing this whilst breast feeding be a big no no or do people do it? Don't know whether to follow another plan like weightwatchers instead whilst bf as it allows for bf x
