Thanks guys! I just hate those boring work meetings where the plate of biscuits is the only thing worth thinking about. Anyway finished the day with vegetable curry and brown rice and some home made crumble so feeling better about things. My TDEE is 1955 and I try and eat a lot less than that on NF days. Fast day for me tomorrow. Good luck everyone.
My TDEE is around 2000 cals so I have room for 500 cals of biscuits if I want without guilt (though personally would prefer a cheesy baguette!). I tend not to snack between meals, so if I want a biscuit (or 3) I have it as part of my meal - by which point I'm too full to have many.
Is that around 500 calories? So the equivalent of a lovely big baguette and a yogurt or something
I often fall down on the biscuit front. Also I'll fast all day, then at 6pm have my 400 calories for dinner but then find it sooooo hard not to have a glass or three of wine and a bucket of Doritos in the evening.
